Late Shri Khadag Singh Ratan singh Soni has established m/s . K.R Security Services in 1986 at Sarigam GIDC Dist:Valsad ,in the India’s largest industrial state of Gujarat. Mr.Khadag Singh Soni started his career as a ordinary security personnel, with his hard work, dedication, loyal character and visionary outlook he has established his own security organisation and raised it at reputed & well- established level. Late Mr.Khadag Singh Soni died in 2009 due to cancer. After death of Mr.Khadag Singh Soni , his security organisation was fully handled by his commerce Graduate and former Journalist son Mr.Dilendra Soni . Mr. Soni was engaged with his father family business when he was hardly 18 years old. Now with long experience & technical knowhow about security mangement Mr.Dilendra Soni converted his fathers security orgenisation into a Private Limited company called m/s. SKYBIRD SECURITY PVT. LTD. in 2012 registered under company’s act 1956, head office at Vapi Gujarat.
Now SSPL is An ISO 9001:2008 certified company having his own training centre at Sarigam Dist: Valsad Gujarat and its management headed by ex-Army, Police and other Para-military forces. Skybird Security Pvt.Ltd is now controlled & managed by three boards of Directors as per company’s act 1956 and having licence under Private Security Agency Regulation act 2005 (PSARA-2005) which is drafted by central Government of India.
